As a Staff Accountant, you'll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting decision-making, and ensuring our company stays financially strong. Your expertise will help shape our future-are you ready to grow with us?

Financial Reporting & Analysis - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Reconciliations & Ledger Management - Maintain general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, and financial data accuracy.
Month-End & Year-End Close - Assist with adjusting entries, accruals, and closing processes to keep everything on track.
Variance & Trend Analysis - Identify discrepancies, analyze financial data, and provide insights that support key business decisions.
Inventory Accounting - Ensure proper inventory valuation, cost tracking, and reporting.
Vendor & Invoice Management - Review invoices, expense reports, and payment requests for accuracy and compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with different departments to improve financial processes, assist audits, and enhance efficiency.
Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and enhance productivity.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate or mid-sized business environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (NetSuite or similar is a plus). Advanced Excel skills are a must.
