*Description*
-They currently have no major projects that are planned and the main goal for this resource would be to come in and focus on continuity and handling constant requests. -This new hire will need to be a problem solver and able to work independently to build out new features as requested. Be willing to "roll up their sleeves and dig in" -They are primarily using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. -Salesforce environment has 100 users and is a spaghetti code environment with a heavy load of integrations in Apex. The people who started their Salesforce environment, were more of Apex developers instead of Salesforce. From the manager: "So they wrote a large amount of apex code taht would wrap apex code and wrap more in apex code, then wrap more in apex code. When troubleshooting, this Architect is expected to know how to look at the error message, search across all apex code and apex classes, look at the logic and figure out that maybe there is a trigger and requires someone to go to apex code and update something. Then notice that the trigger fires in apex code, and realize it's making calls out to vendor API's." - EXAMPLE OF TROUBLESHOOTING MINDSET (Long term they want to move away from Apex for integrations but right now just needs someone to be the SME of current state environment and be willing to jump in and trouble shoot as needed) -How requests are received: Requests come through product team and are filtered/validated/flushed out. 3 levels of project work: -multiple ongoing projects -there is ticket work: minor adjustments and tweaks -structural clean up that has to be done. *Skills* Apex, Salesforce crm, salesforce, erpss, healthcare industry *Top Skills Details* Apex,Salesforce crm, salesforce, erpss *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Great communication and ability to work independently and take COMPLETE ownership!
