We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior EPS Mold Technician to join our dynamic team in Clarksville, TN as part of the Manufacturing and Production Team! You will play a key part in overseeing mold setup, maintenance, and optimization to ensure efficient production processes. As the ideal candidate, you will need to have a strong background in EPS mold equipment operations, troubleshooting, and quality assurance, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

This position starts at $68,400 annually.

The schedule will be Monday thru Friday, night shift (5pm-3:30am) with some Saturdays.

Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and configure molding machines for production runs, ensuring correct parameters and settings are applied
  • Conduct regular inspection and preventative maintenance on molding equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Oversee the molding process to ensure products meet quality standards and specification, making adjustments as necessary
  • Perform inspections and test on molded products to identify defects or deviation from specifications
  • Work closely with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to address production challenges and implement improvements
  • Support the installation and removal of molds, ensuring proper alignment and functionality
  • Provide guidance and training to less experienced technicians to enhance team capabilities and knowledge


Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience in EPS molding production and equipment maintenance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for quality control and improvement of EPS products
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including both day and night shifts
  • Basic English communication skills
