Position Summary: Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of quality assurance? Join us as the Analytical Laboratory Supervisor and become a key player in managing and supervising our vital Analytical Laboratory. In this dynamic role, you'll oversee essential testing support for raw materials, finished bulk products, and third-party product release testing. Your mission will be to ensure that our QC laboratory personnel deliver accurate, timely, and efficient results, all while adhering to company policies, safety regulations, quality SOPs, cGMP, GLP regulations, and FDA standards. As a leader within the Analytical Laboratory, you'll have the exciting opportunity to nurture and guide a team of 10 dedicated members. Your focus will be on fostering their development and growth, creating an environment that supports their professional advancement. By providing mentorship and guidance, you'll empower your team to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the laboratory. Theapproximate payrange for this position is$85,000.00to$95,000.00.Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
