Hourly Wage: $26-32 an hour, depending on experience Position: Clinical Liaison LPN - Lifespark Complete Senior Living Coverage area will be in the west metro: Delano, Carver & one of our AL buildings; Yorkshire of Edina Senior Living. Plus mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile. This is a hybrid role. You must be able to travel to 1 site/location at least once a day (this position is a combination of remote/work in-home environment and travel to our community, TCU, LTC, Assisted and Independent Living partnered sites). Hours: Full-Time / Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Full-time, 1.0 FTE The Clinical Liaison is the primary central communication and clinical operations contact for the field-based Lifespark Complete Senior Living APPs and Physicians. The Clinical Liaison will support clinical staff delivering whole-person senior primary care services in a top-of-licenses model. This model is designed to support APP and physician work that can be done within the Clinical Liaison scope of practice. This model will maximize vocational satisfaction for each team member while efficiently bringing geriatric expertise to our clients. Lifespark Benefits Include:
