THE JOB:
It is the responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator to execute and support the development of special events, promotions, and other marketing related efforts. They will manage both online and traditional advertising promoting events throughout the property. By understanding our guest's unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Coordinate and manage marketing efforts and event planning while assisting in the develop of marketing plans
• Participate in meetings on promotions, brainstorming new ideas while taking meeting minutes and acting as liaison withother departments
• Effectively communicate marketing promotions and event details keeping team members and guestsinformed of any changes
• Monitor the marketing budget and track department expenditures to reduce overspending and control costs
• Track process of promotions from conception to finish
• Set-up and maintain promotional files ensuring information is up-to date and complete
• Maintain files of all project quotations and prepare departmental standard reports

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• One year of prior relevant marketing, event planning, promotions, or related experience
• Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best work
• Is a team player
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
