Position Overview


Position Summary
This position manages the daily operations and effective maintenance of the university's budget for both the General Fund (State) and Institutional Trust Funds (Auxiliary/Non-State). In addition, the position assists the Budget Manager with preparation and allocation of annual operating budgets as approved by the UNC Systems Oce, and Oce of State Budget and Management.

* Ability to coordinate development of the university's budget, overseeing the technical implementation of the budget roll and allocation processes.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to work cooperatively with others; and uphold customer service traits.
* Must be able to exercise good judgment, discretion, and initiative in developing and interpretation of a wide range of policies and procedures.
