At Salem Health, Operating Room Nurses are critical to delivering safe, high-quality care to patients undergoing a wide range of elective and emergent surgical procedures. Serving a diverse population-from pediatric to geriatric-our OR nurses support all surgical specialties, including trauma, across 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms. While we do not perform burn or organ transplant procedures, our intraoperative care spans nearly all surgical interventions, making each day dynamic and impactful.Our OR nurses ensure 24/7 care through a strong team presence and collaborative spirit. ADN graduate with less than 5 years of acute care experience required to sign agreement to complete BSN or MSN within 3 years of hire. Note: Employees hired as an ADN prior to October 2011 are not required to obtain BSN or MSNBasic Life Support certification requiredCurrent unencumbered licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the State of OregonAssociation of perioperative Registered Nurses preferredMinimum of one (1) year of operating room nursing experience requiredSalem Health Hospitals and Clinics is an equal opportunity employer.
