Unit Director, Prepare Clinic Prepare Program Full Time 84298BR Job Summary Under the general direction of the Director of Perioperative Services, the Unit Director, Prepare Clinic will be responsible for management, supervision and development of staff in the Prepare Clinic at all locations (Parnassus, Mission Bay, Bayfront), The incumbent will have direct supervisory oversight of the Prepare clinic staff, administrative supervisor and the APP supervisor. The incumbent works closely with appropriate departmental chairs, medical directors, and medical staff for the services approved. The Unit Director, in collaboration with the Medical Directors of the ML Triad, and Surgical practice leaders plans, develops, and directs the patient care programs and related capital projects. Including Apex improvement projects and development and growth of current clinical roles (RN, APP, LVN, etc.) In addition, the Unit Director, ensures the quality of patient care. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $253,900 - $269,400 (Annual Rate).
