Student Assistant III (SJCN Clinic)

The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is seeking to hire a part-time Student Assistant to join the Social Justice in Criminal Neuropsychology (SJCN) Clinic. Our mission is to transform the landscape of justice-involved care by providing culturally competent, comprehensive neuropsychological services and advocating for a more just legal system. We focus on addressing the evolving needs of incarcerated individuals while promoting cultural competence within the justice system. Primary duties include:

- Perform front desk duties including answering calls, filing, copying, and general administrative support

- Assist with data collection and entry

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events

- Respond to. And direct phone calls and emails

- Participating in special projects as assigned

- Perform other duties as needed

Please note: Applicants must be current UCLA students

Pay Range: $18.00 - $38.50 hourly

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Prior experience in and office or administrative role (preferred)

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Box Workspace

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
