CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Project Coordinator to join our talented Digital Solutions team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

This role supports the delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on budget, within scope, and on schedule.

How you'll create opportunities in this Project Coordinator role:

Project Coordination:

• Support project delivery plans for the firm's digital initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on budget, within scope, and on schedule.
• Assist in managing billing and overall work efforts of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Coordinate and track all issues and risks consistently.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics impacting project progress.

Relationship Management:

• Promote a team-oriented environment and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with service and industry teams, Marketing, Learning & Development, and Information Technology.

Communication:

• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, internal and external teams, and third parties.

What you will need:

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • 1 year of project management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.

The wage range for this position in Minnesota is: $26 - $35/hr

The wage range for this position in Colorado is: $26 - $35/hr

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
