Title: Project Manager Level 7

Department: New York Operations

Reports To: Project Executive

Skills



  • Solve with little guidance all but the largest of issues relation got the management of specialty contractors in the field, safety logistics etc.
  • Responsible for all project deliverables, commitments, and milestone completions
  • Must actively participate in evaluation their staff's needs and provide the proper resources, training, elevate staff and foster their overall growth
  • Expand external network and work to always promote HRCG's bests interests
  • Expand IIF culture to network outside of the jobsite
  • Ensure the job is meeting or exceeding DBO2 goals and using the information for the betterment of the job
  • Create a culture where the contracts item list is utilized as a management tool for the project. Ensures the list becomes part of the daily activity of the project management staff
  • Responsible for aligning resources so that the MEPs coordination schedule dates are maintained
  • Responsible for providing detailed constructability reviews of the project documents
  • Provide detailed constructability reviews of the project documents, make recommendations while putting vehicles in place to protect HRCG
  • Responsible for holding other accountable and ensure vehicles are in place to protect HRCG interests in the event deliverables are outside the contract bounds
  • Responsible and accountable for the delay notification process in accordance with the CMA
  • Responsible for the project being paid on time along with specialty contractors
  • Responsible and accountable for financial management and outcome of project
  • Ensure project outcome and plan are aligned
  • Responsible for ensuring close- out is completed in a timely manner that leads to a positive outcome with the client


Ability



  • Ability to chair every meeting that occurs on the job, steer conversations to successful completions



Minimum Requirements

Experience managing projects with a volume of 50+ million or more

10+ years of construction experience

SST card required

The above salary range represents Hunter Roberts's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards Hunter Roberts provides to employees.
