Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Diasorin, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent to support our company's growth and strategic initiatives. Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will develop effective recruitment strategies, build relationships with candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Primarily focused on individual contributors and hourly positions while flexing into salaried leader roles as needed.





  • Acting as a solution-oriented advisor within the organization and a highly positive collaborator with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources function.





  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.





  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews, to evaluate skills, culture fit, and qualifications.





  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience and consistency with each search.





  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.





  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.





  • Assist in the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation in the job market.





  • Achieve and attain success in key goals and metrics as they are aligned from year to year.




Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).





  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.





  • Proven record of accomplishment in successfully sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for various roles.





  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.





  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.





  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.





  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.





  • Prominent level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
