POSITION TITLE: Wireless Integrator
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a Wireless Integrator to join our Wireless team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced integrator, a strong belief in the safety and well-being of team members, as well as a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repair, replace, install, troubleshoot, commission, and integrate customer equipment including base station and cell site router (CSR)
- Perform ATP testing of cell sites for various technologies and frequencies
- Ability to interface with customers and onsite crews to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Ability to obtain necessary baseline certification to work on customer equipment and jobsites
- Provide regular production reports, updates and close-out documents to management and customers as needed
- Full understanding of how to test and troubleshoot base station equipment; ability to apply configurations based on site specific RFDS and Port Matrix to repair any issues found
- Basic knowledge of various equipment alarm codes, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to customer standards
- Ensure wireless site is on air and alarm-free prior to close out, per customer standards and specifications
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite
- When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 1-3+ years of integration experience required
- OSHA 10 Certification required
- First Adi/CPR certification required
- RF Awareness certification required
- Valid driver license required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
The starting pay for this position is $35 per hour and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
