The primary responsibility of a Chemical Sales Representative is to support chemical sales development in the vehicle wash industry through the Sales Team, along with management of marketing/signage programs. This role will also aid in all regions with: Training, Start-Ups and Customer Chemical Related Emergencies (Deliveries/Cleaning). This role will collaborate with all Company adjacencies, internal support team members and peers. Assist day-to-day business and technical requirements tied to servicing our customers. This role is required to participate in trade shows, Division-related associations and educational initiatives. Mentorship will be developed through the Sales Team and Lab. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience Experience/Training:
Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license Technology/Equipment: Requires general computing skills, including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM. Travel: Must have the ability to travel overnight as business needs dictate PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS This role will require continuous speaking and listening skills on a daily basis. Communication is an essential part of this role. In addition, this role will require a significant amount of walking, standing and moving in and out of vehicles and buildings which will include bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, climbing and the ability to lift up to 40lbs. This role will also require travel via an automobile throughout each day. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: This position is typically a very fast paced and demanding position. Customer needs are top priority when the season is busy, and adjustments are needed for quality vehicle washing. Will be required to test products as they are being applied to vehicles. Environment can be slippery, wet, loud and chaotic. Safety practices and equipment must always be utilized and enforced. The position does require travel by car. The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $59,280 and $75,525 annually. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:
