Title: Engagement and Operations Technician: GenCyber Department: Lifelong Learning Campus Location: Arnold/Main Campus Salary Range: $33.52/hr Work Mode: This position requires a full-time in-person presence on campus or at alternative locations. Hours Per Week:TBD Work Schedule: Position Type:, Non-Exempt Position Summary The engagement and operations technician assists in recruitment, enrollment, retention, and operations support for the grant-funded GenCyber program. Responsibilities include facilitating program and course enrollment activities, engaging with Middle School students and their parents in the application process, and assisting with student retention and pre- and post-camp activities. The day camp takes place at the end of June, and the person in this position will assist with camp preparation and operations.
