A Seasonal VIP Host role in Woodinville, WA is available at Chateau Ste. Michelle. The VIP Host will hold a critical role with the execution of Chateau Ste. Michelle's Summer Concert Series VIP program. The VIP Host will act as the on-site day of show contact for our VIP guests and provide them hand-on service as needed. The role will also assist the Consumer Events & Concerts Manager and Event Specialists on various deliverables to ensure an exceptional VIP guest experience. The VIP Host will gain experience in customer service, event planning, and the hospitality industry.

This is a seasonal, part-time role. Seasonal roles typically go from May - October. Candidates must have open availability to include evenings and weekends.

VIP Host job responsibilities include:



  • Review the guests list prior to each show and understand who is attending our VIP Receptions.
  • Assist with training and determining roles and responsibilities of service staff.
  • Control inventory of VIP event needs, field supplies, and miscellaneous concert materials.
  • Manage onsite VIP guest experience, which includes acting as the onsite day of show point of contact for our VIP guests.
  • Assist Event Leads and Event Specialists with guest list management, ticket distributions, and determining seating charts.
  • Provide support by addressing any day of show challenges that may arise to ensure a quality guest experience.


Physical Requirements:



  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand, walk for extended periods of time.


Position Requirements:



  • Must be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively in a polished, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Ability to work in a group setting productively.
  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.


Your Compensation:

$21.41 - $27.82 per hour based upon relevant experience.
