Pay / Schedule: $21.00/hr, Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM, with a rotation every 4 to 5 weeks. Great opportunity for OT pay-at 50 hours per week,
earn weekly paychecks of $1,155 gross.
About the Role The Production Line Worker will be responsible for various tasks within a water filtration site, including the regeneration of ionic resin beads and carbon media production. This role requires physical labor, equipment operation, and adherence to safety protocols. Core Responsibilities Dump and fill media while recording serial numbers on batch records (basic computer knowledge required). Perform shipping and receiving duties. Operate a forklift and electric panel (mandatory skill). Pick orders and load materials into delivery trailers. Maintain a clean and organized work area following Lean Manufacturing Principles (5S, single-piece flow, Kanban, etc.). Follow established safety procedures at all times. Self-inspect products to ensure quality and quantity standards. Additional duties may be assigned based on organizational needs. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: 3-5 years of manufacturing and/or production experience preferred. Skills: Forklift operation and electrical pallet experience (required). Knowledge of 5S methodology and lean manufacturing principles. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and heavy lifting. Work Environment & PPE: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: Safety glasses and gloves (provided by site), steel-toe boots (must be provided by employee). Work involves physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working with industrial materials. |
