Corporate Vice President - Enterprise Relationship Management

Location Designation:Hybrid - 3 days per week

This position is hybrid - Tuesday - Thursday in the New York Office and Monday and Friday work from home.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a strategic enterprise function, gain cross-functional exposure, and develop expertise in relationship management within a dynamic corporate environment.

Position Overview:
The ERM Corporate Vice President will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of the Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM) function. This role will assist in building and enhancing key capabilities, coordinating across business units, and driving efficiencies in data gathering, analysis, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, relationship management experience, and the ability to collaborate across functions to drive strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Support ERM Strategy and Execution
* Assist in the development of ERM capabilities by conducting research, gathering data, and analyzing best practices.
* Help track and manage key relationship data, supporting the development of relationship maps and CRM tool evaluations.
* Support coordination efforts by facilitating communication between stakeholders, preparing materials for strategic meetings, and ensuring alignment across business units.
* Contribute to business development efforts by supporting deal analysis, identifying opportunities for cross-enterprise collaboration, and maintaining insights on key strategic partners.

Data Gathering, Reporting & Analysis:
* Gather and organize key data points related to enterprise relationships, tracking meetings, touchpoints, and key initiatives.
* Assist in designing and maintaining ERM reporting frameworks, ensuring visibility into strategic relationships and partnership effectiveness.
* Support the evaluation of technology and CRM solutions to enhance ERM efficiency.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
* Assist in preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and materials for ERM-related discussions.
* Work closely with internal business units to ensure consistency and alignment in relationship management efforts.
* Support efforts to drive transparency and trust across teams by fostering open communication and collaboration.

Operational Support:
* Assist in maintaining ERM processes, including documentation, meeting coordination, and follow-ups on key initiatives.
* Help track and measure KPIs related to ERM activities and engagement success.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
* 2-5 years of experience in relationship management, vendor management, business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within financial services or insurance.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level materials.
* Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
* Experience with data management, CRM tools, and reporting frameworks is a plus.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$117,500-$165,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
