  • Residency and active bar admission in Washington.
  • Demonstrated experience in real estate and land use transactional matters.
  • Expertise in land use compliance and environmental law.
  • Ability to independently manage complex real estate closings for residential and commercial properties.
  • An understanding of Washington real estate law.
  • Availability to work 8-12 hours per week and adaptability to variability in the volume of work.
  • Flexibility to potentially increase hours as needed.
  • Ability to work from the firm's Seattle, WA office.
  • High-level of responsiveness and client service abilities.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to produce high quality work product with minimal supervision and direction.
Please note that this is a temporary contract position managed by DWT's flexible attorney program, DWTSurge.
