Overview

AmTrust Financial Services, a fast growing commercial insurance company, is seeking a Programs Compliance Manager. This position can be located in one of our claims offices and will not have direct reports.



Responsibilities

    Due Diligence questionnaire kickoff, response tracking and follow-up
  • Annual compliance questionnaire kickoff, response tracking and follow-up
  • Escalation report review, confirmation collection on unreported cases
  • TPA Payment audits
  • TPA Regulatory report requests kickoff, response tracking - EDI/$0 Reserve
  • TPA Trial, mediation, arbitration, PLD, DOI report tracking and escalation to PCM's, Directors and VP
  • SOX compliance manager for system user requests and maintenance for TPA's
  • Onboard new TPA users into AMT systems
  • Internal Audit response assistance
  • BDX interrogation tool review
  • Report management - download of reports (snapshot?)- but confirm that this has been reviewed (can be automated in PBI)
  • NC Split-funded payments
  • Create paid to incurred report by reserve type
  • Search WC claims with Occ/Acc companion claim
  • SharePoint site mgmt. - all inclusive
  • Data and information management- All Programs Document maintenance and updates, renewal tracking, new program implementation
  • Loss run pulls for Program insureds on direct handled


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Especially Excel and SharePoint/databases
  • Experience with document management systems and compliance software is a plus
  • General insurance knowledge
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work efficiently
  • Strong understanding of compliance principles and regulations relevant to [Industry/Sector].
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with OnTrust
  • Takes initiative and proactive approach to problem solving
