The Job

The Project Principal, Storefront will play an active role in designing and implementing SCAN's storefront strategy and implementation in our NV location. This position will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and VP of Growth Strategy & Ops to lead cross functional teams through a grand launch of our existing Henderson storefront while developing a long-term strategy and measurement plan for SCAN's physical presence. This position will report directly to VP of Growth Strategy & Ops.

You Will

Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Growth Officer, VP of Growth Strategy & Ops, as well as other cross-functional teams including Marketing, Facilities, Digital and IT to weave SCAN's storefront presence into our corporate identity

Lead and project manage the Storefront Grand Launch and Strategy workstream

Design storefront playbook to ensure smooth process of opening additional locations including documenting facility, IT and staffing requirements and processes and internal and external communication needs

Supports development of new cross-functional processes for storefronts across SCAN through identification and subsequent implementation of business process enhancements and innovations

Manage NV storefront budget across functional teams

Conduct industry research / due diligence to identify potential additional physical location targets

Consolidate KPIs across cross functional teams to report to executive leadership the benefits and outcomes of our storefront footprint

Partner with Finance to forecast annual sales projections

Support in preparing for executive presentations (Board meetings, Executive Leadership Team meetings, various steering committee meetings, etc)

Responsible for becoming deeply knowledgeable of the people, processes, technologies, and data supporting our physical locations and sales/member support processes there

Your Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience in healthcare or retail management consulting, corporate strategy, commercial strategy, venture capital, or private equity
  • Experience with healthcare payers and / or Medicare Advantage preferred
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels, proactively seeking stakeholders' inputs and holding cross functional teams accountable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills with attention to detail
  • Experience with project and / or plan implementation, managing multiple stakeholders with different priorities and moving a cross-functional team towards the same goal in terms of execution
  • Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment, flexing to new priorities
  • Highly developed oral and written communications skills with the ability to effectively convey information in a clear and concise manner; strong presentation skills
