Overview
We are seeking our new North America Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to join the Axway team! The primary objective of the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager is to execute demand generation campaigns, marketing programs and events at a regional level to generate leads, facilitate engagement, create pipeline and ensure return on marketing investment in support of regional revenue goals. This role has responsibility for supporting the region's marketing strategy with focus on execution, analysis and reporting of campaign performance. Reporting to the Senior Director, Field Marketing, in this role you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing field marketing campaigns, leveraging both digital and in-person touchpoints to effectively engage our target audiences. You will work closely with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to ensure that campaigns are aligned with business objectives and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: * Meet and exceed target performance objectives for regional marketing initiatives to include inbound lead volume, lead qualification and conversion, sales lead acceptance and marketing-source opportunity pipeline. * Plan, optimize and measure the impact of customer marketing initiatives to include account-based marketing, customer advocacy, in-person and virtual customer events and the regional's annual customer conference. * Develop and execute an annual marketing calendar of events, campaigns and initiatives to maximize demand, nurture and marketing contribution to sales pipeline. * Help develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy for North America that drives pipeline growth through various demand-generation activities: online events, social engagement, email nurture and digital advertising * Help create and manage a marketing campaign and event calendar for go-to-market activities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to ensure field marketing activities directly support pipeline generation and deal progression within target accounts. * Design and implement pre-event and post-event engagement strategies to maximize attendance, participation, and lead conversion from field marketing activities. * Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing to ensure consistent messaging and maximize the impact of campaigns. * Collaborate closely with product marketing teams to ensure regional GTM initiatives are synchronized with product launches, feature updates, and key messaging for the target market. * Develop source content and tailor content assets such as email templates, landing pages, presentations, and event materials to support field campaigns * Develop a strong understanding of the target market, personas, and associated buyer journey.
Qualifications
Qualifications: * Ideal candidates will bring a sense of extreme ownership, data-driven decision making and the ability to analyze what works and when to pivot * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. * 7+ years of experience in field marketing or marketing roles consistent with responsibilities * Proven experience developing and executing demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline. * Strong understanding of field marketing tactics, including event management and demand generation. * Ability to effectively write, source, review and edit copy, messaging and content * Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce - preferred), marketing automation (Marketo - preferred, Eloqua, HubSpot), social media (LinkedIn) and advertising analytics platforms to track campaign performance and optimize strategies. * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems creatively. * Experience in the software industry or with SaaS companies, and a deep understanding of how product-led growth strategies impact field marketing campaigns. * Willingness to travel 20% for events and on-site campaign management.
