Job purpose

The Manager, Graphic Design will oversee the direction and execution of visual assets for the USA market, ensuring brand consistency and innovation. This role will lead and mentor the graphic design team, providing guidance on skill development and brand awareness while driving high-quality design solutions that elevate the company's brand perception from both creative and corporate perspectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction and execution of sales and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals.
  • Manage, mentor, and continue to develop a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Oversee the direction and execution of comprehensive sales, product, and corporate presentations in InDesign and PowerPoint.
  • Direct the creation of signage, point-of-purchase materials, brochures, promotional assets, sales, product, and corporate presentations.
  • Oversee email marketing strategy and implementation with strong background in HTML and CSS
  • Strong knowledge in animation/video programming
  • Effectively manage multiple design projects, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all creative assets.
  • Utilize proven problem-solving skills to address design challenges under strict deadlines.
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing and sales leaders, and the marketing/graphics team to develop engaging visual content.
  • Maintain and enforce established brand standards while introducing innovative current visual design solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience or military equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in graphic design, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, branding, and marketing materials.
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, Dreamweaver) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback, inspire creativity, and foster team development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience working in a corporate, marketing, or sales-driven environment preferred.
