Human Resources Business Advisor

Description

Starting Salary Range: $130,000-150,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business priorities and track progress on key objectives.
  • Develop and execute internal HR communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across teams.
  • Prepare high-impact reports and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.
  • Work across HR functions to ensure alignment, streamline initiatives, and drive results.
  • Oversee HR risk documentation and compliance, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Manage HR's business continuity planning to ensure operational resilience during disruptions.


Qualifications:



  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with risk management and business continuity planning.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive, action-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving


Appropriate level will be determined based on experience and knowledge.

Experience
5 - 7 years: HR, communications, strategy or related field with strong expertise in change management, project execution, and strategic alignment (required)
