Windows System Administration Intern

The Platform Services Analyst Intern will possess basic IT Systems administration skills along with a basic knowledge of the following technologies:

This position is located in Cranberry Township, PA

No relocation or sponsorship is provided.

• IP & DNS Management
• Windows Server
• Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Basic understanding of virtualization platforms
  
  

Your daily work:

• To monitor and action customer requests as well as automated alerts in the ITSM system
• To create reports to aid in the analysis of production activities
• Job shadow more experienced analysts during day-to-day activities
• Join and contribute to team building exercises and knowledge sharing

The right candidate will also possess great written and verbal communication skills.
