About Outpatient Clinics Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. Scope ot Work Under the general supervision of a nurse manager or other site leadership with indirect nursing leader support, performs diversified clinical duties by providing nursing care to acutely or chronically ill patients in an ambulatory setting. Coordinates transplantation of all recipients. Provides follow-up and care across the continuum from pre-transplant, during transplant and post transplant. Collaborates with members of the health care team to enhance patient care by developing, supporting and educating nursing staff. Makes clinical judgments based upon a synthesis of current concepts, principles, theories, and outcomes to solve complex problems. An integral member of a larger interdisciplinary team contributing to excellence in patient care and teaching. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree In nursing from an NLN-approved school of nursing 3 years of relevant experience Clinical nursing experience Required LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required Or CRT-At least one Certification from preferred list - UNKNOWN Unknown Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation Upon Hire required CRT-Specialty Certification - UNKNOWN Unknown appropriate specialty preferred How Corewell Health cares for you Comprehensive benefits package to meet your financial, health, and work/life balance goals.
