The Head of Governance & Controls for Enterprise Payments will be responsible for the control environment across the Payments Platform. This role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the control environment, reduce risk, and ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulatory mandates. The successful candidate will be an innovator who will collaborate with senior leadership, the Control Hub, and the corporate staff functions to reimagine and evolve the Payments Platform's controls environment and contribute to the overall transformation of BNY's first line of controls ecosystem. This person will be a forward-thinking leader that leverages technology to drive better risk management strategies that positively impact commercial outcomes. BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $300,000 and $400,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. |
