What you will be doing... Your IMPACT



  • Conducting in-depth operational analysis to support decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining complex models to enhance operational and financial strategies.
  • Analyzing drilling performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze operational and financial data requirements.
  • Creating detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Utilizing advanced data visualization tools to present operational and financial data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of data-driven operational and financial strategies.


What we are looking for...




  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in operational data analysis and business analysis with a focus on financial impact.
  • Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
