Electrical Engineer, Principal - Nuclear

We are searching for a Capital Projects Electrical Engineer on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr contract assignment. (W-2) The Engineer in this role provide technical interface with engineering firms on project developments and prepare/review engineering documents using the applicable industry and regulatory standards.(Commercialnuclearindustry)

This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. (W-2)

• Candidates must be knowledgeable with respect to the applicable industry and nuclear standards, the industry standard design process, and 10CFR50.59.
• Experience with ladder logic, analog/digital systems, NSCA/safe shutdown analysis, power systems analysis as well as computational tools such as ETAP, EDISON, etc. is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience as a cognizant engineer/ engineering project management is also preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in engineering
• 3+ years current experience developing electrical OR I&C design change packages for nuclear plant mods- including calcs, specs, analysis, etc.
• Commercial nuclear industry
