ETF One Delta Strats sit within the ETF Trading Desk in the One Delta Equity group in NYC. The team oversees the ETF desks' systematic trading, data, and technology for the US ETF Trading Desk. This group manages our pricing frameworks, daily fund reconciliation, and systematic hedging efforts across equity ETFs (US and International based holdings). This is an opportunity to sit in a revenue, market-facing seat and work on a variety of projects from building and optimizing trading systems to enhancing business operations through code development. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Responsibilities
- Operational maintenance and improvement of tech & data stack for systematic block market making business.
- Translate quantitative models and business requirements into production-grade code for pricing and risk management systems.
- Collaborate with traders, and other desk strategists to identify operational bottlenecks; propose and build solutions to improve desk efficiency.
- Work closely with traders and TWCs on strategies to navigate rapidly changing market and risk conditions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production trading systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Who We Look For A highly motivated desk strategist with a strong passion for building robust, high-performance systems and optimizing operational workflows in a dynamic trading environment. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors in an engineering field - Engineering, Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Python / Java, with a strong understanding of software engineering best practices and data structures.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and deliver accurate results quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Experience with maintaining and improving ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes around systematic trading is a plus.
- The understanding of financial markets, particularly ETFs, and trading operations is a plus.
- Experience working with Slang is a plus.

Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150000-$225000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
