The Manager demonstrates leadership for the building and/or individual Service Lines. You will be responsible for ensuring patient care is supported by competent staff in an ambulatory setting. Working closely with the VP of Nursing and Service Line leadership, you will ensure patient safety standards are upheld. You are the liaison for physicians, advanced practice clinicians and clinical staff to ensure that standard work is upheld, and a supportive staff skill mix is available. Primary Responsibilities:
