*Description*
Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and improving clinical care and outcomes. Coaches and consults individuals, departments, and multi-disciplinary teams to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement strategies that enhance overall hospital quality improvement efforts. *Skills* Bachelor's degree, Lean Sigma, IHI Methodology, CPHQ, Performance Optimization, Masters Degree, Clinical Workflow Optimization, Workflow Design Collaboration *Top Skills Details* Bachelor's degree, Lean Sigma, IHI Methodology, CPHQ,Performance Optimization *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Leads organization-wide improvement projects and develops presentations. Examines existing models of care delivery to identify opportunities for systems-based improvements grounded in evidence, best practices, regulatory and accrediting agency requirements. Monitors reporting requirements and establishes guiding metrics and benchmarks for performance improvement initiatives and system-wide clinical priorities. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00/hr.
