CLINICAL DIRECTOR - Call Center

The Clinical Director has the responsibility of managerial and clinical oversight for all mobile/tele-video assessors and call center staff, provides training for all staff; provides clinical supervision, review and oversight of clinical documentation ensuring the appropriate triaging of patients is made to the most appropriate level of care; supervises the daily schedule of staff to ensure suitable coverage for 24/7 coverage of the call center.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Possess strong leadershp skills to effectively manage and inspire the referral managment team, provide guidance, set performane expectations and promote a positive and collaborative work environment, effective communication, delegation, and confilct resolution skills are essential.
  • Experience in referral managment and assessment processes, protocols, and best practices. Knowlege of the healthcare systems, basic insurance requirements, and regulatory guidelines related to referrals, and assessments allowing access to optimize the team performance, identify areas for improvement, developing strategies to enhance effciencey and patienet outcomes.
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance effciency and quality of care. Strong problem solving abiliites to address challenges and make informed decisios to optimize the referral and assessment processes.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum Masters Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psycology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.

Licensure and Certification: Meets current state requirements for the provision of mental health assessments and/or licensed in the State where BHC is providing services as a Licensed Professional Counselor ("LPC"), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ("LMFT"), Licensed Master Social Worker ("LMSW"), Licensed Clinical Social Worker ("LCSW"), or Registered Nurse ("RN").

Experience: Preferably two or more years' experience in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting and experience in health care business, business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results is preferred.
