Director, Cost of Healthcare Finance

Your Role

The Cost of Healthcare finance team leads collaborative efforts between Health Solutions and Finance to drive execution of cost of health care savings work to make healthcare affordable through data analysis, ideation, cost of healthcare modeling, target setting, execution of targeted initiatives requiring cross functional collaboration. The Director of the cost of healthcare finance reports to the senior director of Cost of healthcare finance. The role includes developing and executing strategies to delivering health care savings. The work requires leading teams, coordinating with project stakeholders and resolving/mediating issues.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 10 years prior relevant experience, including 6 years of management experience
• Advanced knowledge of managed health plan operations
• Degree in healthcare or a related field preferred
• Advanced degree (MA, MBA) preferred
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to executive leadership and other stakeholders
