What you will do: You will be defining PMI initiatives and programs of the Leadership Institute Program (LIP) for our current and future needs. You will provide strategic leadership, direction, and overall management of PMI's global LIP, supporting our global, regional, and chapter volunteers, as well as PMI team members. You will lead the development, implementation, and delivery of programs and services that create meaningful experiences for LIP stakeholders. Key duties will include but are not limited to: * Lead the strategic direction of the Leadership Institute Program and its components. Ensure all programs deliver measurable value by enhancing volunteer leadership learning journeys and aligning with PMI's broader mission and objectives. * Work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to align learning programs with organizational needs. * Continuously assess, evolve and improve program offerings and curriculum plans based on stakeholder segment needs, industry trends, and PMI's strategic priorities. * Identify opportunities and design plans to innovate and enhance delivery mechanisms through technology, new training methodologies, gamification and experiential learning. * Benchmark against other associations (tools, delivery, cost/fees) * Establish collaborative relationships with PMI internal teams and external partnership in support of identifying additional sources of content and resources in addition to establishing additional delivery tools and channels. * Act as a key liaison with chapter leaders, volunteers, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for program improvements. * Lead efforts to foster organizational agility, resilience, and adaptability, and support change management efforts. * Collaborate with other departments to integrate broader PMI offerings into the volunteer leadership development opportunity. * Represent PMI and the Leadership Institute Program in global forums and events. What you will bring to the role: * . Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership or a related field MBA preferred * 7-10 years progressively responsible management experience in a global business environment involving multiple markets and channels * Experience building and sustaining programmatic success via geographically disbursed entities or virtual communities of engaged stakeholder groups. * Track record of successful market development and business plan development, including integration of market planning across diverse areas * Experience in leading an organization through significant structural and cultural change/shifts, including demonstrated effectiveness of process outcomes * Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment * Proven experience in program management, leadership development, or related fields. * Strong understanding of volunteer and community engagement strategies and success in building professional networks * Hybrid Learning expertise required * Familiarity with digital learning ecosystems (LMS, gamification, analysis, etc.) * Strong understanding of designing learning programs for a volunteer community that has diverse motivations and skill levels. * Understand user experience, event management and member engagement to drive collaboration, contribution and satisfaction. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences. * Demonstrated ability to innovate and evolve programs to meet changing needs. * Experience managing budgets and tracking performance metrics. * Travel 5-25% of time
