DMI, LLC is seeking a Principal, Senior Solution Architect - IT Infrastructure Services to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Solution Development: This position is responsible for providing thought leadership, developing and implementing solution strategies to grow DMI's innovation capabilities and to support DMI business growth. Drive DMI's innovation roadmap by conducting market research, analyzing our business needs, identifying key partners, and developing DMI differentiating solutions.
• Support marketing, business development, contract capture and proposal projects: Provide proposal solutioning and writing support as a subject matter expert in related technology domains. Author white papers and reusable solution contents for marketing and proposal use. Support customer engagement and capability briefings. Represent DMI to present in conferences and public events.
• Provide technical expertise: This position is responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise to other employees in the organization and external stakeholders. This includes providing solution demos and presentations, authoring blogs and marketing documents, leading community of practice, advising engineering project execution.

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

• Strong expertise and experience in cloud (at least in one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and IT infrastructure technologies (storage, networking, etc.). Need to be knowledgeable with the latest trends in technologies, architecture, methodologies, and regulations. Experience with solution engineering for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services on public cloud platforms.
• Strong expertise and experience in IT service management best practices and standards (ITIL, CMMI Service, ISO 20K, etc.)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow or other ITSM platform solutions. Experienced with ServiceNow products, particularly the ITSM and ITOM modules. ServiceNow low-code app development experience is desired.
• Expertise in mobility management solutions: unified endpoint management, mobile threat management, device lifecycle management, telecom expense management, IoT management and event analytics, or mobile app development.
• Experience with modern zero trust remote access technologies: Zero Trust Network Access, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Enterprise Browser solutions.
• Experience or knowledge on IT service desk service best practices and industry trends
• Comprehensive knowledge of latest market trends in cloud, security, AI/ML, and advanced networking solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to explain complicated technology concepts in simple terms to non-technical people who are not technical experts in the field. Strong technical writing skill is a must since the incumbent will be required to write white papers, proposal sections, and marketing collaterals.
• Experience in proposal solutioning and writing: Must be able to lead or support solutioning for proposals. Experienced in creating graphical illustrations on architecture, roadmap, and concept of operations. Experienced in proposal writing. A track record of creating winning proposals is highly desired. Must have hands-on experience in technology solution development (reference architecture, system operation and engineering plan, concept of operations, modernization roadmaps), technical briefing, and proposal writing.

Education and Years of Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Min Citizenship Status Required: US Citizen (must be clearable for at least DoD Secret clearance.)
