Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Architect with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ, and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Lead design and development of solutions augmenting overall monitoring and operational automations Lead design development of integrated CI/CD automation across Non-Homogenies solution stack Lead design and development of issue tracking capabilities, integrated with monitoring solutions stack Participate in activities with development streams (agile scrum processes) and vendor-engineering toward capacity planning and release management Requirements: BS in Computer Science, Engineering RedHat OpenShift DevOps Expert knowledge of Unix/Linux platform, including LDAP-based authentication integration and clustering Experience with industry standard development and automation tools (JIRA, Jenkins, Git, Ansible/Tower) Familiarity with SQL/No-SQL infrastructure (MongoDB, Hadoop) with fundamental knowledge of clustering Demonstrated experience developing scripts (bash, Python, Ansible, etc.) automating operational tasks Demonstrated experience managing deployment lifecycle in Openshift/Kubernetes platform Desired skills: Big Data solution delivery NoSQl Databases (Mongo) Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
