We are searching for an Innovation Engineer-AI Renewable on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr contract assignment. (W-2) The person in this role have responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating cutting-edge innovation, research and development, and pilot projects. This includes selecting and exploring various subject areas, defining project scope, product development, and implementation of novel concepts. Technologies of interest include, but are not limited to, solar PV, energy storage, transmission, and wind. Location: Juno Beach, FL This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. (W-2) Duties & Responsibilities 1) Subject matter expert (SME) of innovation in assigned subject areas 2) Manage projects without direct reports 3) Research, develop, and implement appropriate machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL) algorithms and other tools to optimize the performance and design of renewable energy systems 4) Collaborate with and lead multi-disciplinary teams of internal and external industry subject matter experts for problem solving, betterment opportunities, and systems integration 5) Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations 6) Maintain familiarity with industry and company progress and problems in assigned technical areas 7) Engage with research community and technology developers to guide and inform product development 8) Perform other job-related duties as assigned Required Work Experience 1) Required expertise in two or more of the following areas:

Educational Requirements One of the following education and experience combinations: 1) Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from an ABET accredited program
2) Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
