Will be open to hybrid after the first initial 90 days

An A/R Billing Manager (Accounts Receivable Billing Manager) is responsible for overseeing the process of billing and managing accounts receivable in a company. Their role involves ensuring that all invoices are correctly issued, payments are collected in a timely manner, and accounts are properly managed to maintain healthy cash flow. This position is typically found in industries where services or products are provided on credit terms, such as construction, retail, or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Invoice Management: Oversee the accurate preparation and issuance of invoices for goods or services rendered.
  2. Collections: Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients, working to reduce the number of overdue accounts.
  3. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure that the records match with what customers have paid.
  4. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
  5. Dispute Resolution: Work with clients to resolve billing discrepancies or issues, ensuring satisfaction while maintaining company policies.
  6. Team Supervision: Often manage a team of billing or accounts receivable clerks to ensure efficient operations.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, streamline collections, and reduce outstanding balances.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
