First American is looking to add a Title Assistant to our growing team in Glendale, CA. In this role, you will work in adynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Title team in a wide range of administrative duties including creating and maintaining title files, documenting all research, and auditing calculations and legal documents. This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process.

What You'll Do:

  • Gathers information to resolve title issues

  • Searches, examines, and interprets real estate documents

  • Audits calculations and legal documents for accuracy

  • Communicates recording information and prepares legal property documents

  • Communicates professionally with all customers

What You'll Bring:

  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of title related experience preferred

Pay Range: $21.60 - $28.80 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
