Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Serves as key customer point of contact for companywide programs
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, vendors, and direct reports.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and achieves operational goals.
- Seeks critical customer feedback; resolves problems; manages customer expectations and communications to reduce risk to the company; regularly communicates with mid and upper-level management within customer organizations; creates and maintains business relationships to help gain follow-on business.
- Understands contractual obligations and communicates contract requirements to other organizations inside and outside the company: monitors program, customer and delivery performance compared to contract scope, and raises concerns to management; reviews purchase order terms and acceptance; administers production to contract requirements.
- Expert of Commercial agreements in place and thereby a key focal to help identify gaps between current agreements and actual conditions. Escalates gaps and facilitates activities to help define opportunities for commercial alignment.
- Responsible for managing the CCN (contract change notice) process for new initiatives/ contract addendums into the commercial agreements in place
- Coordinates the ongoing operational requirements and coordinates the support of this plan with other departments as needed.
- Ensures documentation, training and support are available to support customers.
- Helps conduct root cause analysis and appropriate corrective actions as needed.
- Monitors program performance to budget; tracks estimate, material cost, and labor input costs for monthly reporting in conjunction with Finance
- Helps create schedules on complex multi-year production programs; monitors program performance to schedule; provides guidance to internal team members to improve schedules; maintains action item lists and due dates in support of schedule goals; aggressively manages program teams to meet customer and internal schedule commitments; proactively proposes decisions that avoid risk.
- Coordinates business proposals with the Business Development team on additions/modifications to existing products and services; helps to generate convincing, data-driven business proposals that ensure profitability and minimize risk.
- Composes monthly program review materials to summarize and communicate activity and performance of assigned products.
- Monitor capacity model for all areas of manufacturing and provide strategic feedback to operations manager on capacity issues.
- Be a change agent for systems, process improvements and digitalization efforts
- Provides strong leadership to assigned teams; utilizes motivational techniques to influence and provide clear direction; obtains additional resources when required.

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Program Management (PMP) certification preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of facilitating groups to achieve goals.
- Demonstrated results with change management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Sound interpersonal skills with the proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire a large team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- US citizens / US persons are required to meet ITAR compliance requirements - This position requires access to export-controlled technical data. Employment is contingent upon the Company's ability to obtain all necessary export authorizations.
Job Compensation
Pay range: $155,240.80 - $194,051.00/year
