The Carl H. Lindner College of Business, Department of Operations, Business Analytics, and Information Systems (OBAIS), invites applications for a non-tenure track position at the level of Assistant/Associate Professor - Educator.Initial appointment is up to three years and can be renewed. Anticipated course load is 10 to 12 credit hours per semester (approximately 22-24 credit hours per year). Note: This is a teaching and service position, with no research requirements. Essential Functions
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in subjects such as Artificial Intelligence, specifically Machine Learning and Generative Artificial Intelligence, Digital Technologies, Data/Cyber Security and Governance, and Industry 5.0 Technologies and their applications to businesses. The ability to incorporate the latest technological trends related to artificial intelligence, including tools and services, is preferred. Teaching includes courses in face-to-face, online and hybrid formats. Additional responsibilities will entail participating in curriculum/course development, enhancing student engagement, building industry interaction to position Lindner as a hub of excellence for Artificial Intelligence in Business, and supporting the growth of the Operations, Business Analytics, and Information Systems programs. Being student centered in all activities and the ability to interact with students, the business community, and connect students with the business community, is important for this position. Master's degree in fields related to Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering Minimum Requirements
A total of at least 5 calendar years (60 months) of industry and/or teaching experience in a position related to Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems and/or Business Analytics. Application Process
