Job Description Primary Purpose: Supervision of all mechanical components at the facility. Mechanical Systems Project Management regarding Coal Dock operations and equipment maintenance. Principal Duties: * Maintain oversight of all Dock Mechanical System's conditions and maintenance needs. Provide recommendations to Superintendent of conditions and priority of need. * Coach, Teach and Train all employees and contractors on dock operations, policies, procedures as needed. * Research and Development of Mechanical System upgrades, Equipment Overhauls and Maintenance Outages to meet OSHA, EPA and NEC requirements. * Develop and implement design changes to Coal Dock mechanical systems. * Coordinate contractors to assist with design and implementation of dock repairs, additions, and improvements. * Ensure work practices comply with Quality, Timeliness and Safety Standards as well as NS and Ohio EPA permits.
