RPA Developer

LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a RPA Developer to support our USPSOIG contract in Arlington, Virginia.

Position Overview:



  • Setting up, developing, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
  • Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
  • Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward
  • Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs
  • Architect and develop solutions from business requirements


Job Duties:



  • Hands on RPA and system integration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop software
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Automate Desktop implementation
  • Experience developing an RPA bot to insert data into a UI
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python or .NET
  • Experience with databases, such as SQL Server or Oracle
  • Strong testing skills
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent documentation of work
  • Ability to architect a bot design
  • Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Strategic planning skills, to include the design, development, and implementation of RPA systems.
  • Results-oriented, independent worker in need of minimal supervision
  • Experience working in a government context or with government customers
  • Attention to detail and creating clarity when dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in an Agile environment working with tools such as MS DevOps


Experience:



  • At least 5 years of professional programmer or web developer experience
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Power Automate Desktop development experience
