As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping projects organized and on track by supporting project managers and technical staff. This role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities-skills that come naturally to those experienced in planning, facilitating collaboration, and guiding teams toward shared goals.

Business Group and Staff Support



  • Assist staff in preparation of expense reports.
  • Assist with workload planning and workload forecasting.
  • Coordinate and/or manage preparations for project and staff meetings.


Project Support



  • Assist in the management, maintenance, and distribution of project schedules.
  • Monitor, track, and file project documentation and correspondence.
  • Scan and/or copy project related documents and deliverables.
  • Technical editing and formatting of project related documents such as specifications, technical reports, and memos.
  • Prepare correspondence, review and summarize reports and data, take and publish meeting notes.
  • Update and distribute monthly financial reporting documents.


Quality Program



  • Assist in with the development and maintenance of the project filing structure.
  • Draft and maintain project management plans and quality management plans.
  • Assist with project close-out including drafting project descriptions and file archiving.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Preferred four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project (or other scheduling software), Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, ProjectWise, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.
  • A natural ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, structured, and engaging way, ensuring that all team members understand processes and expectations.
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, or training others, with a talent for recognizing individual strengths and adapting communication to different learning styles.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • A patient, supportive, and solutions-oriented approach to teamwork, with a passion for guiding and empowering others to succeed.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate challenges, address knowledge gaps, and provide thoughtful, structured guidance to keep projects moving forward.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands for your time in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 1 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
