The Job/What You'll Do: As AssetMark embarks on its next phase of growth, we are seeking a Head of Product Engineering to lead and scale our software engineering function. This is a newly created executive leadership role that will be responsible for driving the evolution of our technology stack while championing the engineering discipline and fostering a culture of engineering excellence. The role reports directly into the Chief Technology and Product Officer. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in wealth management or asset management, a proven track record in product-centric engineering, and the ability to partner closely with product management to deliver best-in-class digital experiences. We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to one of our office locations in Concord, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Atlanta, GA, or Charlotte, NC Key Responsibilities

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $150,000-$165,000. This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
