  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of billing platforms, Salesforce integrations, and revenue systems (NetSuite, Stripe).
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage technical and business dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, fostering collaboration and accountability among teams.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management with a focus on Quote to Cash, Business Systems, or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong expertise in billing platforms, Salesforce, NetSuite, and financial systems.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience managing complex dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

While not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

  • Prior experience with revenue forecasting and analytics
  • Experience with Jira or Asana

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways.
