We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator focused on Executive and M&A to join our Talent Enablement team. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruiting team with executive and M&A scheduling, ensuring interviews run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role is able to manageschedules, communications, and partnerships with ease. This role is critical in elevating our candidate experience for our most senior roles. You'll work closely with recruiters, leaders, and executive assistants from different departments to make sure candidates have a positive and smooth experience with Figma.

This is a full time role held from our San Francisco hub.


What you'll do at Figma:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters and internal partners. Develop strong relationships and champion Figma's culture throughout the interview process.
  • Coordinate a high volume of complex scheduling requests including phone screens, assessments, presentations, virtual onsite interviews and pre/post-interview meetings with supporting confidential and time-sensitive hiring process.
  • Maintain high level of discretion in handling critical executive-level hiring, ensuring confidentiality of candidates and internal partners throughout the process
  • Partner with EAs to create harmonious candidate/interviewer experience
  • Provide clear communication and updates to ensure that interview participants are on-time and well prepared.
  • Partner with the recruiting team to support all functions including communication, scheduling support, training, troubleshooting and process improvement.
  • Use our applicant tracking system to organize information and reinforce relevant recruiting processes across the team. Use our interview scheduling tool to schedule and handle interviews.
  • Be responsible for candidate travel arrangements and handle expense reimbursements.
  • Handle logistics for on-site hub interviews including booking conference rooms, greeting/walking out and providing a tour for candidates.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the candidate or interview process, suggest improvements, and creates plans for process improvements
  • Drive process improvements and enhance candidate experience, contributing to the continuous evolution of recruitment strategies and team efficiency.



We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Must be able to work from our San Francisco Hub
  • At least 1 year of recruiting coordination experience or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Being passionate about providing an outstanding candidate experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative, proactive problem solving capabilities
  • Proven track record to prioritize tasks
  • A great teammate mentality - you're willing to adjust and help where needed


While not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Google Suite, Slack and Asana

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the hourly base pay range stated below.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.

Hourly Base Pay Range (SF/NY Hub):
$39.90 $58.20 USD
