Pega Business Architect Cognizant is seeking Pega Business Architect, to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Pega platform, translating business needs into technical solutions. They are responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions using the Pega platform, and ensuring that the implemented solutions meet the client's business goals. Key Responsibilities: * Requirement Gathering and Analysis: o Conducts workshops, interviews, and other methods to gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders. * Solution Design: o Translates business requirements into functional specifications and designs using the Pega platform. * Process Mapping and Optimization: o Analyzes existing business processes, identifies areas for improvement, and designs new processes using Pega's capabilities. * Documentation: o Creates detailed documentation for business processes, system designs, and requirements. * Stakeholder Communication: o Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and address any concerns. * Testing and User Acceptance: o Participates in testing and user acceptance testing of the Pega solutions. * Agile Process Management: o Contributes to agile process management, including daily grooming sessions and sprint planning. * Collaboration: o Works closely with other teams, including IT, development, and testing, to ensure successful implementation. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Certified Pega Business Architect * Certified Pega DCO * Pega Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Pega platform and its capabilities. * Business Analysis: Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and process design. * Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders from various departments. * Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint management. * Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. * Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of software development principles and technologies. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 06/15/2025 The annual salary for this position is between $180,000- $212,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
